Description:
Axis 4 introduces a more relaxed expression of the EVE language, translating the collection’s graphic precision into a fluid linen trouser silhouette. The look balances the ease of traditional summer dressing with EVE’s architectural proportions and controlled black-and-white geometry.
The white linen blouse is cut generously through the body and sleeves, creating soft volume around the shoulders and arms. Its open neckline is crossed by an elongated white scarf, while a vertical sequence of black rectangular marks creates a precise graphic axis through the front. The contrast between the natural movement of linen and the disciplined geometry is central to the design.
High-waisted linen trousers extend the silhouette through exaggerated width and volume. Rather than falling freely at the ankle, each leg is gathered into an adjustable cuff secured with a black buttoned tightener, allowing the wearer to control the shape and transform the trousers from a wide column into a softly ballooned form. Black buttons at the waist continue the graphic rhythm established by the blouse.
The coordinating sculptural hat completes Axis IV. Its elongated crown and broad brim are constructed in white with abstract black markings, extending EVE’s visual language beyond the garment and giving the complete silhouette its ceremonial, almost architectural character.
Axis IV represents a softer side of EVE: volume without heaviness, tailoring without rigidity, and graphic order expressed through movement.
